FAQs
What happens if I do not redeem the voucher?
Your voucher code is valid for twelve months from the date of issue. This ensures that the donation benefits the recommended aid organizations as quickly as possible and that the funds are used promptly. If you do not redeem your voucher within this period, the voucher amount will automatically benefit our fighting poverty fund. Therefore, all donation funds fully support the organizations recommended by us in any case.
Does your donation voucher cost any fees?
No. We process donations free of charge, i.e. we do not keep any of the voucher amount for ourselves. However, there are fees for credit cards or PayPal fees from the payment providers we work with.
Will I receive a donation receipt?
The purchaser of the voucher receives the donation receipt. Although you decide exactly which organization the donation goes to, the donation comes from the buyer for tax purposes.
